Join us for this fully immersive and deeply transformational conscious-connected breathwork and yin yoga Workshop.
We’ll be joined by - breathwork facilitator - Shelley, who will guide us through this powerful breathing technique known to boost energy, encourage clarity and reduce stress and anxiety.
With a deeper connection created, we will drop into a Yin Yoga practice moving into stillness and targeting deeper tissues in the body. This slow practice - inspired by traditional Chinese medicine - can help to discover and release physical and emotional blockages in the body.
Finally, we will settle into deep relaxation for calming Yoga Nidra practice to conclude your workshop.
