‘Ladies health practices for your self-love and self-care’ – 4 weeks of gentle practices to support your female health & wellbeing facilitated by Ekaterina Voznesenskaia, Logotherapist, Qigong & Yoga Instructor and a Poet. Gentle health practices such as meditations, female yoga & qigong movements, breathing practices, healing sounds, affirmations and poetry help harmonise your female energy and bring into more balance your overall wellbeing as a woman. All the practices I am giving are meant to help balance and harmonise your female energy, unleashing your female power, discovering your inner beauty of being a woman. Refocusing from the mind to the heart, and connecting to the senses in the body where we feel most powerful and alive and breathing into these senses.
During these four weeks we will be living through, breathing through and experiencing sensations, feelings, emotions connecting to your female energy, your female essence, expressing yourself fully, coming to a more clarity and new self-discoveries and most important – bringing more love and care to yourself.
