I would like to invite you to our Qi Gong Morning practice in the park on Sunday the 28th of August. We are going to immerse into a nourishing, healing environment doing breathing and grounding exercises, connecting to nature. We will do gentle movements and health practices from Qi Gong to harmonise and balance your energy. We will finish our session with journaling and silence time connecting to nature.
There are numerous health benefits in Qi Gong and meditation practice. You will feel more balanced, calm, relaxed and more in tune with yourself. Breathing and grounding exercises, Qi Gong practice will help you harmonise your energy and you will feel more peaceful. Journaling will bring you more clarity, awareness and will help you deeper connect with yourself. You will also meet like-minded wonderful people.
