Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) has a reputation for being transformational. The subject of countless empirical studies over the last 40 years, it’s effectiveness in helping participants to manage everything from chronic pain to every day stress is well documented. The course comes with a conprehensive 50 page manual and all meditations. My hope is that we will meet in person but Zoom is a possibility if we are still heavily restricted due to Covid.
