Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) has a reputation for being transformational. The subject of countless empirical studies over the last 40 years, it’s effectiveness in helping participants to manage everything from chronic pain to every day stress is well documented. The course comes with a comprehensive 50 page manual and all meditations. This will be an online offering and will include a 1/2 day silent retreat in March.
