Finding Peace in the Frantic World is an evidence based, 8-week course. We read a chapter per week from, Finding Peace in the Frantic World, by Mark Williams, developer of MBCT at Oxford University, and learn how to implement the practices into our lives to increase our resilience in the face of life's challenges. The 90-min sessions and shorter practices make these courses really accessible to beginners as well as those that would like to deepen their meditation practice and explore the science that supports it.

During the 8 week course we will be;

  • Developing strategies for calm interactions during intense moments
  • Learning about the science of stress reactivity, in ourselves and in children
  • Bringing empathy and understanding to conflict to get different results
  • Facilitating better relationships
  • Creating more ease and joy in our lives
  • Cultivating a meditation practice for ourselves
