Props are used for maximum comfort, inducing a sense of grounding, well being & deep relaxation. - a quiet, peaceful, calming practice which promotes better sleep, reducing stress/ anxiety/depression as well as helping to manage musculoskeletal pain alongside strengthening connective tissues surrounding bones and joints through regular practice.

Please bring water, an eye pillow if you have one (if you haven't, I sell them at the studio £6); 1 blanket - I will provide all other props.
