A Pilates class that blends the Pilates repertoire with classic fitness exercises, such as squats, push-ups etc. The class is suited for all levels - modifications will be given to each participant according to their experience. The class aims to build core stability and spine mobility as well as strength on the legs and arms for a well-rounded workout. This class can be taught in either English or French.
