The Empowerment Retreat


A day of escape & rejuvenating together with learning new self-care techniques, empowering you to establish (on retreat day!) your individual, bespoke daily self-care routine.


Do you feel at the brink of burn-out? Are you feeling overwhelmed by the speed of society & the pressures of everyday living? Do you look at social media & become deflated by the ‘look’ portrayed of having life sorted?


We are currently in a state of sickness as a society & blinded by our conditioning. Until we can learn to steer the course of our life & do what’s right for us & our family we will constantly loop in the cycle of doing, going, effort, rush to either the point of burnout or become so numb we loose our identity & give up on our dreams & true nature.


Crikey, you’re worth so much more than that! But how do we break free? How do we bring about change? How do we create a life where we model wellness & self-care to our children, grandchildren, nieces or nephews? We have a responsibility to ourselves to live our best life & let our gifts shine.


Living isn’t about becoming accustomed to a sick society, read that again & let it sink in.

I sat with what was needed by the collective when meditating on designing a new retreat & this is where I’ve been guided to. I look forward to hosting such an empowering retreat & helping you realise you are not alone, we all have our human moments…..learn compassion for your humanness & feel connected to others in a wonderful safe setting.
