In Yin Yoga we practice long held poses getting deep into connective tissue and ligaments with relaxed muscles held in stillness. We have an opportunity to look inwards, observe our thoughts and practice acceptance and surrender, bringing deep calm.

We will finish our practice with Yoga Nidra - a meditative practice for deep relaxation and healing.
