Mid-Week Yoga Flow - Drop In

Join me for a mid-week yoga practice to help restore and reset body, mind and spirit.


At the beginning of our practice, we'll take time to tune into the body and the breath, giving you time to get a sense of where you're at, how you feel in body and mind. I believe it's important to have this time where you simply observe, with no judgement. This is a good starting point.


Mindful, conscious movement, incorporating the breath to help release, open and nourish mind, body and spirit. We'll practice breath work that can instil a sense of calm, balance, energise or increase focus. The practices I share will be a dynamic flow, or a slower or gentler pace. When you learn to listen to your body, you can work at a pace that feels right for you.


The practices I share are informed by my training with Soma Yoga and Medicine School as well as other influences, so will include practices based on the 5 Elements, Kundalini yoga, Vinyasa, the Ayurvedic principles as well as Meditation.


We will always take time to find the balance between movement and stillness.


All levels of experience welcome.


My desire is to make yoga accessible and with that in mind I've introduced a 3-tier payment option:

Standard rate: £10.00 drop-in or 5 class bundle for £43.00 for regular attendees. To be used over a 7-week period.

Concessionary rate: £8.00

Supported rate: £7.00 or what is honestly doable for you. 


NB: please advice me of any medical conditions or injury.

Also please bring your own mat as I currently have nowhere to store them at the Centre. If you need to borrow one please let me know in advance
