OUTDOOR Bells & Bars (wed 6.45pm)

Weight lifting class. Slower paced. Build strength and lean muscle. Learn technique and form as well as increasing muscle strength.

Bodyweight Exercises can be done but adding resistance will optimize the building of strength and muscle


(For outdoor classes I will have equipment with me but feel free to bring any plates, dumbbells or kettlebells you may have!!)
