Come and join Emily Hoyle from 'Nourished You' for a deep dive into your pelvic bowl in this wonderful explorative workshop that will be so beneficial, whether you are a Yogi or not.

Discover a vibrant, strong and responsive pelvic floor, whilst having fun, moving plenty and relaxing deeply.

Everyone is welcome - bouncy, tense, relaxed or leaky… we will use all the props (provided), partner support, movement, visualisation and lots of breath practice. Learn to connect and love your pelvis.

I will be there as a student and to provide the homemade cakes and teas!
