Come and join Emily Hoyle from 'Nourished Yoga' for a soothing and powerful workshop to celebrate your cycles and to understand the rhythms of your womb. Learn to practice Yoga in tune with your cycle, understand about living cyclically, and your relationship with your womb space.

The workshop will be a morning of gentle and nourishing movements, yoga nidra and visualisation, journaling and sitting in circle with each other to re-member.

If you are on hormonal birth control, then come and learn more about how to care for your body.

If you are in your menopause, then come to rest and celebrate your powerful self. Understand how the lunar cycles give you rhythm, and how you can change the world.

Our power lies in self understanding, coming home to our bodies, re-membering literally how to feel well in a cyclical body.
