Menopause is the transitional period from fertility to the end of the menstrual cycle. This time can last anywhere from a few months to a few years, during which time women can experience a wide range of symptoms including: hot flashes, low mood, mood swings, anxiety, insomnia, night sweats, irritability, depression, midriff weight gain, headaches, fatigue, low libido, lack of focus, and more.


Come and spend a truly nurturing morning focusing on a specially adapted Yoga practice that includes movements, breathing techniques, restorative holds, and mindful meditation exercises to help manage the main symptoms of the menopause.  


Our day together will also include a sharing circle, you do not have to speak, but you will be offered the chance to be heard, and supported. This will be a sacred, safe space where women come together to reconnect with our feminine energy, reflect on life's challenges, and share our experiences without any judgement.
