Come and join me for a Yin Yoga & Supper evening on Friday 17th May 6:30- 8:30pm. A Yin Yoga Yoga practice where we hold the poses for a longer period of time. Lingering in the postures to investigate, heal and transform, body heart and mind. Followed by a homemade supper together to chat, share food, laugh and enjoy being surrounded by like minded people on a Friday night!

Please note this gathering is limited to 15 people so book ahead if you fancy joining us.

I will be making a vegetarian dinner and herbal teas and pudding. For this event I am unable to cater for specific allergies.
