A stronger and more challenging Yoga practice to energise, revitalise, build strength and stamina. Only suitable for students with no major injuries, and who have some previous experience.
This is an 8 WEEK BLOCK OF CLASSES. When you purchase a block of classes you are securing your place on a set class each week during the set time period. 8 week block of 90 minute Dynamic Yoga classes on Wednesday5-6:30pm running 7th June until 9th August (please note NO CLASS on 21st and 28th June)
