The Yoga Day Retreat includes a range of Yoga practices; movement, stillness, breath work, meditation, Yoga nidra, mindfulness, intention setting and time to simply BE.


We will even spend a little time next to the lake if the weather allows for some lakeside meditation and gentle maybe some movement.
