Come and join us on Saturday 20th January 2023 9:30am-12:30pm for some luxury pampering of mind, body, face and soul. This workshop usually sells out super fast so book early! It is a lovely workshop to do alone, or with friends or to gift as a pressie to someone.


We will spend a wonderfully relaxing time connecting to our breath and body with some chilled gentle movements and some nourishing restorative postures using all the props.


We will take time to meditate, to move, to be still. You will end the Yoga session putting on a heated eye mask on whilst resting in a nourishing Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation). We will then take some time for a brew and yummy homemade cakes before lovely Faye from Eden Beauty Rooms will will take you through a luxury Elemis DIY facial using all the amazing products and techniques. We will use the best selling cleansing balm and gorgeous creams (they smell and feel lush).


No Yoga experience is required. All props and food included. It really is PURE BLISS! 


The cost of this lovely workshop is £55 and includes Elemis facial products, tea and homemade cakes.
