Let your inner ballerina shine at our Ballet & Yoga workshop.


Following the success of our last collaboration, local dancer and pilates teacher Viki Buckley is coming to the studio again to lead us through a delightful morning teaching us some wonderful ballet practices.


We’ll be using ballet inspired movements to create a full body workout. If you love to dance or did ballet when you were younger - you will really enjoy this fusion workshop, suitable for all levels - no experience (or ballet shoes!) needed.


Viki will also mix some mat pilates with a core focus, so we’ll be working from the crown of the head to the tips of your toes. All with a good giggle and just enjoying and embracing how our bodies can move. We won’t take ourselves too seriously, this is a fun lighthearted morning. 


We will have a break for some homemade cakes and teas, before we head back to the studio for some breath work & restorative Yoga poses to relax in.
