A supportive and friendly group to support your postnatal wellness. We incorporate appropriate Pilates and yoga exercises and practices to support your core and pelvic floor and heal the postnatal body. Pease bring your own mat and a drink. Babies are most welcome and you feed and cuddle your baby as much as you need to. 5 week course This class is suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 8 weeks after a caesarean delivery. A health screening form is required to be filled in prior to attendance.
