A 1 hour weekly class. Starting off slow, we will ease into our movement, flow through some exploration of movement building the effort and end with a nourishing relaxation.

This class is designed for all levels; those without previous experience to those who may have been practicing for years. All are welcome.

With each class I like to provide a space for you to check in with yourself. A space that nourishes your curiosity of your physicality. And one that leaves you feeling relaxed. There will be both a balance of effort and ease.

Equipment to have with you: a mat, and a blanket (both for the relaxation at the end and during the class).


Note: This is a pre-recorded weekly class. You don't have to attend the class from 9am to 10am, this is just for booking; the class will be available from 9am on the Thursday. The link to the private video will be sent out on Thursday morning and available to view for 7 days; so you have the whole week to practice at your leisure.
