Studio Session (May - July 23)

Pilates is suitable for anyone looking to strengthen the body while also improving posture, alignment, mobility and flexibility. It is non-impact and focuses on core strength, distributing movement and the mind-body connection.


Studio sessions are 1:1 and utilise the Pilates equipment such as the Reformer-Tower, Combo Chair, Pilates Arc.....we have it all!


Whether you are a complete beginner, a seasoned Pilates practitioner, rehabilitating from an injury or illness, pregnant or post-natal or just want a fun workout and be able to move a bit more freely then Studio Pilates is for you!


My aim is to offer a warm, comfortable, safe environment where you can come to move without any judgement. I will meet you wherever you are at on your movement journey.
