Pilates in the Park

This is a mixed level, outdoor mat class that will work the entire body. We will focus on alignment, strength, mobility, flexibility, balance and also some breath work.


You will feel energised, invigorated, gain more body awareness and control of body movements, learn better breathing techniques, become stronger and more toned.


Suitable for all levels of fitness.


Beginners always welcome.
