We all need to move our bodies, but women over 40 absolutely need to move! As we get older we lose muscle mass and bone density reduces. Exercise, especially weight bearing and strength exercises are a key ingredient to help maintain our bone health. During class we will also explore other areas that we can improve on, which may help to further reduce our risk of developing osteopenia and osteoporosis. For those who have already received a diagnosis, you will benefit from the movement and education to help prevent symptoms progressing.

This is a full body conditioning class that is both educational and restorative. It is perfect for Pilates beginners, no previous experience is required. You will uncover the basic principals of Pilates while focusing on fundamental movements that will improve your strength, stability, mobility, balance and posture.

Classes are small Groups (max 6) offering a more personal approach to clients and the opportunity to provide individual attention.
