Mat Pilates

A dynamic pilates mat class that will work the entire body. We will focus on alignment, strength, mobility, flexibility, balance and breathing. You will feel energised, invigorated, gain more body awareness, learn better breathing techniques and become stronger and more toned each week.


Classes are in small groups offering a more personal approach to clients, whilst also adhering to social distancing regulations.


This is a mixed level class, suitable for all levels of fitness whether a total beginner or a seasoned athlete. There will be challenges, however modifications are given to ensure everyone is working within their own range of motion and feels comfortable working at their own pace.


This is not a specifically designed pregnancy/ post partum pilates class therefore is not recommended for pregnant clients.
