A step up from Beginners Pilates, therefore some previous pilates experience is recommended for this course. The Beginners Plus course allows you to find the perfect balance of strength and mobility from head to toe. A dynamic 50 minute mat class that will allow you to work on fundamental movements which will improve your strength, flexibility, balance, endurance and posture in a safe and invigorating way. It is a full body conditioning class that is both functional and fun.


Classes are small groups (max 6), offering a more personal approach to clients and the opportunity to provide individual attention.
