This 5-week course is designed for anyone who wants to advance their physical yoga practice.

You'll learn the foundations of arm balancing, going step-by-step until you’re comfortable in attempting some of the most fun and challenging yoga postures.

Classes will be recorded and sent to your email once the session is finished. The recording will remain accessible for 3 days, during which you can revisit the class as many times as you want and practise at your convenience.

Poses we'll work on: Eka Hasta Bhujasana (Elephant Trunk), Tolasana (Scale Pose), Bakasana (Crow Pose), Astavakrasana (Eight Angle Pose), Bhujapidasana (Shoulder-Pressing Pose)

Why practise arm balancing?

In addition to building upper-body strength and being super fun, arm balances help us to develop focused attention, body awareness, and discipline. The willingness to try these advanced and intimidating postures is also a great confidence booster.
