Energizing Flow

This is a 45 minutes strong and energizing flow suitable for those with a regular yoga practice.


Not suitable during pregnancy.


I teach a slow - yet dynamic and energizing - alignment-based flow.

We hold poses for longer than in a regular Vinyasa class, which allows us to work on proper alignment, gives us time to check in with our body sensations (developing more body awareness), and builds strength and stamina.
