An energising, upbeat, moderately paced vinyasa class designed with postures to build core strength, encourage stability and flexibility and fill the body and mind with positive energy. In this class, we learn how to move mindfully and discover the power of the breath. This is the perfect practice for self-kindness as we end each class with a beautiful Yoga Nidra Meditation. This class is suitable for beginners and regular yogis.
Please bring a yoga or exercise mat and water. As an option to assist your practice, you may like to bring yoga blocks, straps, a towel, a meditation eye pillow and a blanket but these are not essential.
