Based on the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series this class is for students who enjoy a challenge and who wish to build strength, flexibility and inward focus, moving dynamically with the breath from one posture to the next in a structured and consistent sequence, resulting in enhanced peace and tranquillity in body and mind.
