This event will guide you through a series of very gentle restorative yoga poses, floor based and supported with pillows, where you will relax the body, mind and breath. Following this, a Sound Bath will immerse you in sound waves from crystal singing bowls and other traditional instruments to leave you completely calm and rested, free of stress and anxiety. There will be time before the end to share sweet treats and hot drinks.
Please bring your own pillows (2 is ideal!), 1 or 2 blankets, an eye mask or eye pillow (optional) and wear comfy clothes (preferably a few layers so you can adjust temperature). Please bring a mug if you’d like a
hot drink and you may like to bring a cold drink too. Finally, please bring a yoga or exercise mat. If you need to borrow one please let me know.
PLEASE NOTE this event is not suitable for the following:
• 1 & 3rd trimester pregnancy
• Pacemakers
• Epilepsy
• Bipolar/schizophrenia
• Sound sensitive health concerns
• Metal implants
• Tinnitus
