Take time to chill with slow stretches and restorative postures where we stay in poses for five minutes or so supported by blocks and pillows for comfort. Finishing with a calming meditation designed to induce complete rest and a good nights sleep.
Please bring your own pillows (2 is ideal!), blankets and wear comfy clothes
Bring a mat if possible but I do have a few to lend out, or you can buy a mat on the day - email me for more info.
