Ideal for complete beginners or those who have dabbled in yoga a little before - this two hour workshop will help you learn a set of basic poses (asanas) as well as some of the fundamental elements that make yoga more than a fitness class. We will practice breathing techniques to help find calm in yoga but also everyday life. Lots of individual feedback and support provided through the workshop to leave you feeling confident to join one of my local classes. Includes short tea/coffee and cake break :)
