This is a TASTER class to experience Go Slow Yoga ONLINE.

You are invited to transition into the cooler, shorter days of Autumn with the support of a regular yoga practice. You will be invited to slow down and tune in, meeting your body where it is on the day. You can expect a mindful integrated practice of yoga incl. pranayama (breathing practices), mindful asana (postures), meditation and relaxation. Each class will conclude with the nourishing and healing practice of savasana to prepare you for the rest of your week. Class size will be small to allow for individual attention. Bendy and not so bendy bodies of any size are welcome. Lycra optional, tracksuits and p.j's welcome. I hope you can join me.
