Continue your transition through Autumn with the supportive practice of yoga. Go Slow Yoga invites you to slow down and tune in, meeting your body where it is on the day. Expect a mindful integrated practice of yoga incl. pranayama (breathing practices), mindful asana (postures), meditation and relaxation. Each class will end with the nourishing and healing practice of savasana to send you home prepared for the rest of your week. Class size will be small to allow for individual attention. Bendy and not so bendy bodies of any size are welcome. Lycra optional, tracksuits and p.j's welcome. I hope you can join me.
