Monday Evening Release (PRERECORDED)

There is no better way to start the week than with a little bit of movement. Focus your attention on your breath and your body, set your intentions for the week ahead and release any tension held in the body.


This will be a 45 minute prerecorded Zoom class suitable for all levels, sent out to those booked in on Monday at 6pm. The recording will expire at midnight on the Wednesday following, giving you plenty of time to move with me.
