These deeply restful sessions are for those affected by cancer: the long time cancer survivor to those currently in treatment.

Zoom Doors will open 1820 for 1830 start.

The session will begin with a brief ‘check in’ using the chat function on Zoom. Keeping your video ON for the Circle ‘Check in’ is recommended. Once the practice has begun you are welcome to turn OFF the video.

The Go Slow Movement™ practice will begin using a chair, with the option of a few standing asanas and then finishing on the floor with a few more asanas and self massage.

Once everyone has settled with their props to add softness and support (you can’t have too many!) the yoga nidra will begin. The yoga nidra is a form of guided relaxation.

The circle will then finish with a ‘check in’ before closing (video to be turned ON recommendation.)
