General Admission Tickets
- All tickets booked are non refundable / non transferable - There is no option to change the date or time of your ticket once purchased. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds, transfers or cancellations; there is no legal right to cancel as the booking is for leisure activities to take place on a specific date as described in regulation 13 of the European Union Consumer Information (Rights) Regulations 2013 (SI 484/2013’). Fort Lucan accepts no responsibility for a customer’s inability to attend the park due to any external factor including but not exclusive to traffic restrictions, illness, weather conditions etc.
- A ticket must be booked for each person regardless of age.
- Each session is strictly for 3.5 hours.
- Please be aware that Fort Lucan must close from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, we cannot allow any customers to remain in the park.
- Each time slot must be pre booked separately and tickets for a particular time slot are non transferable.
- We do not issue refunds, transfers, credit / gift vouchers for Fort Lucan admission tickets, wristbands, cafe or ice-cream shop etc.
