Yoga for Mum - to help with post-natal recovery, gentle baby yoga movement to deepen your bond, to ease tummy aches and discomfort and to have those early giggles and a lovely opportunity for local Mums to connect.

Please bring your yoga mat and a blanket or a pillow for your baby, some water for hydration and arrive in your most comfortable clothes that allow free movement.

Suitable for 6 weeks post birth (or 10 weeks abdominal delivery) up to babies pre-crawling
