Pregnancy Yoga to maintain mobility, ease discomfort, relax and to make connection - with yourself, with your Baby(s) and with fellow expecting Mums.


Please bring a blanket or a pillow for your comfort, some water for hydration and arrive in your most comfortable clothes that allows free movement.

Suitable for anyone over 12 weeks of pregnancy.
