Physiolates consists of a series of exercises which aims to strengthen the body, in particular the spine. Physiolates has many benefits, some of which include:

Pre-screening by a physiotherapist will apply to new attendees to help identify areas of weakness and ensure correct technique. It takes approximately 16 weeks to strengthen your muscle system.
