The clinic has designed a bespoke circuit programme which incorporates all the latest research on Progressive resistance training ( PRT), High Intensity Training (HIT), Functional rehabilitation, Cognitive rehabilitation, Plyometrics, Balance and co-ordination exercises.




The aim of the Physio strength training class is to increase muscle mass, increase bone density and train movement patterns and function. We have incorporated a diverse range of exercises which will really challenge the high level athlete, the new recruit to exercise or the person that wants an introduction to safe weight training. The classes aim to challenge your cardiovascular and muscle system – all of which will help in preventing pain and improving performance.




The ethos of our classes is that “Exercise is Medicine” and “If you want to get stronger , lift heavy things!". International research shows that there are huge benefits with this type of training and that it takes approximately 16 weeks to strengthen your muscle system.
