Winter HYGGE Retreat // 10-4pm


Welcome to a place of balance between the beautiful and the messy, yin/yang, an oasis of calm and stillness within a nurturing environment. Soul sisters get ready to connect with your authentic self and access some powerful anatomy inspired dynamic Yoga and movement practices that will connect you to your core on a deeper level. We will be using my knowledge of mobility, myofascial release techniques, Yoga shred and breathing practices to ignite your inner fire!

This full day retreat will give you an opportunity to energise using higher intensity movements that promote dopamine and feel good happy hormones but levelling out the cortisol that releases stress. Particularly important for us soul sisters as we reach either the early stages or are going through or post menopause. You will learn tips to balance the belly, getting familiar with moves that tone up and tune up your core.


We will add in some mindful practices with our face Yoga workout which is beneficial for blood flow and bringing that Yoga Glow up as we tone the facial muscles and help the aging process gracefully, the natural way with lovely oils which are best for our drying skin. Using skincare products to help us give our skin the nourishment it needs.


There will be a delicious lunch and snacks all provided.


Held at a dedicated fully equipped Yoga Studio, Well house Yoga Space just outside Harrogate, North Yorkshire and is nestled in deep countryside on a farmhouse setting.


This retreat is for you if your looking for a little bit more action, activation and at the same time you will get the added benefits of Yoga and holistic practices to bring you into a relaxed state of well being.
