Please take your time getting equipped with the moves and allow yourself longer rest periods if needed. Always warm up and cool down sufficiently.

The aim is to do these 1- 2 times a week depending on your own fitness regime. Also yoga alongside. Then build up to perhaps 3 a week and you can repeat them on rotation. I can offer any advise along the way in our facebook private community where I will offer a demo and I may even do a q&a and we can check in how your all doing.
