YOGA INSPIRED HIIT Course will have you keeping fit and fired up this winter!


This series of super -charged HIIT and Yoga is higher intensity with lower impact options. It gives you an anatomical approach to cardio and HIIT which is safe for the joints and allows your body space to adjust with care.


Transform your body and mind in way less time boosting your metabolism and cardio and building core strength. Most of the sessions only take 30 -40 mins instead of full hour classes which you dont need to do to achieve results.


Please take your time getting equipped with the moves and allow yourself longer rest periods if needed. Always warm up and cool down sufficiently.

The aim is to do these 1- 2 times a week depending on your own fitness regime. If you are a beginner start slow and do one even taking breaks and build up slow. Then build up to perhaps 3 a week and you can repeat them on rotation.
