A post natal class designed with the mamas at heart to gain your confidence, function and health back. Educate yourself on the fundamentals which often get missed with just the emphasis on physical gains in getting our body whipped back into shape. This is a process of healing and nurturing ourselves with tools to help you feel empowered and able to build strength and self care to feel relaxed you can give back to baby. This is a collective mix of my passion of Yoga, pilates and functional movement alongside my energy and experience of being a Mum to three and sharing my tips that I have learned over the years to maintain a healthy relationship with myself mentally and physically. These will be fun, sociable and welcoming so please get in contact with any questions. You will get a cuppa alongside the ticket each week so feel free to stay and have some time together. Recommended for pre crawlers however please ask if baby is and we can discuss.
