Come and experience peace, calm and total relaxation surrounded by the sounds of the gongs and singing bowls.
Harmonising our bodies - helping with healing our mind, body and spirit.
First we will find some mindful restorative yoga very gentle and release tight muscles and tensions using breathwork. Then we will move into our total relaxing sounds of the gong and bowls as Paula guides us on a journey to within.
Everyone welcome - no experience needed. Simply embrace the amazing ‘me time’ and bliss out for a whole two hours.
Arrive at 650pm for a 7-9pm session. Bring a mat / blanket and pillow and some water to drink . Dress comfortably or wear your PJS! then you can slip straight into bed afterwards. A delicious sweet treat will be served at the end to conclude.
