Celebrate summer with a morning dedicated to YOU.


Summer invites us to relish in its abundance and beauty, savouring the sun’s power and warmth. Our morning will begin with a gentle yoga practise where we’ll focus on opening our hearts up - embracing the pleasure and joy that summer brings. Cooling breathwork and stretchy yin poses will help us expel some of the heat and tension in our bodies.


Our morning practise will take place outside on the green field and our gorgeous wooden cabin space is air conditioned - so we are prepared for all British summertime weather extremes!


We’ll have a break and enjoy some tea, treats and time to talk and connect with others (if you wish to) and then we will spend some time in meditation - outside if possible, practicing being mindful and grounded.


We'll find complete calm with a restorative yoga practise, to truly relax and help balance out the yang energy of Summer. We will end with a Yoga Nidra experience, known as Yogic Sleep, to switch off completely and tune deeply into ourselves.


Spaces are extremely limited due to space available and tickets are non refundable for this event, but you may of course gift your place to a friend if you are unable to make it.
