Treat your body and mind to this beautiful gift of time to unwind and take care of yourself.
Time to shed the Winter coats, shake off the heaviness of Winter and revel in the opportunity for growth, abundance, light, warmth and renewal of SPRING. Join me for a morning of yoga to re-energise and reawaken your mind, body and spirit.
We will flow through a gentle but energising sequence to clear the cobwebs, warm up the body and open our hearts to the newness and beauty around us. Weather permitting we may practise outside.
We’ll have a break and enjoy some tea, treats and time to talk and connect with others (if you wish to) and then if the Weather is kind we will venture into the forest area for a nature meditation, grounding ourselves amongst the trees and soaking in the mood-boosting colours of the natural world.
We'll end with a restorative yoga practise, to settle our energy and allow growth to take place within and a spring-themed Yoga Nidra, known as Yogic Sleep, to bring ultimate calm and peace.
Spaces are extremely limited due to space available and tickets are non refundable for this event, but you may of course gift your place to a friend if you are unable to make it.
